Florida’s Child Support Guidelines
Florida’s Child Support Guidelines
The best thing since paper and pencil
Read me first:
Terms, conditions, and warnings...
This spreadsheet was last updated on 1/18/2008 (2008 version 2).
This update corrects an error where the child support need for combined net incomes between $8350 and $8399 (for 1 child) was incorrectly represented as $1371 (it should have been $1317). For a more complete explanation of this error, follow this link.
(from version 1) This update allows the spreadsheet to calculate 2008 Federal Withholding and FICA. (According to the IRS Publication 15 Circular E, Employer's Tax Guide) The spreadsheet "resets" to minimum wage at 40 hours per week. Please note that the minimum wage in FL increased to $6.79 per hour, effective 1/1/2008.
I have read, understood, and accepted your terms... and I would like to download the most recent version of this spreadsheet. This spreadsheet should work on computers running Windows or the Mac OS, so long as you have a relatively recent version of Microsoft Excel.
Note to Mac users. First, let me congratulate you on your choice of OS!
Second, let me point out a little quirk: when you open this file in Office 2004 (Mac), the font will likely look extremely small. I'd suggest changing the zoom setting to at least 125% (as the easiest fix - rather than trying to change font sizes).
